Menu Plan Monday!


Here's the chow for this week-March 3-9

Monday-Thai ground beef, jello

Tuesday-Cheese stuffed chicken (ended up not having this last week as my husband ate the cheese! lol!), creamed spinach, brownies

Wednesday-Steak, salad, French strawberries

Thursday-Taco salad, ice cream

Friday-Marinated pork chops, broccoli, chocolate chip cheesecake bars

Saturday-Greek hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, pudding

Sunday-Garlic lime chicken, salad, dessert buffet (leftovers)

So, there's my second post and list for March!

The garlic lime chicken caught my attention, those flavors sound good.

You asked about my collage.. I used the top layer of the napkins only and used diluted white glue to attachem to cardstock. I use Golden's Gel Medium for the rest of the collage tho as I don't have much with white glue and glossy bits from magazines.

Try it... its FUN!

Regular cardstock was used for the postcards but I glued two pieces together to get a thicker piece, one thickness of what I had to work with just seemed flimsy.
