This was delicious! I got the recipe from Paula Dean's The Lady and Sons Just Desserts cookbook. Here it is!
4 king size Snicker bars
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp half and half
4 cups cool whip
9 inch graham cracker pie crust (I used individual ones)
Melt together the Snicker bars, peanut butter, and half and half until smooth. Let cool slightly. If you happen to do as I did, and forget the half and half, you can go back and add it in :) Fold in the cool whip and pour into the pie crust. Freeze 3-4 hours or refrigerate (which is what I did). Optional: drizzle with chocolate syrup!
